What we respond to

• Bug reports. The more specific, the better — your browser, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if relevant.
• Feature requests. If something feels missing, tell us. Several features came from a single user asking.
• Use-case stories. We enjoy hearing how people actually use the tool — it shapes the next iteration.

What we can't help with

• Acting as a licensed surveyor — the tool's measurements aren't legal records.
• Resolving property disputes. Please consult a surveyor and a real estate attorney.
• Looking up specific parcels for you — point the tool at the address yourself.
